I Met Jose with Air Force Solutions sometime ago in passing, in Austin, this man and his partner Franklin have responded to my every call in a timely manner they’ve installed Air Handler Cabinets (New) and explained everything to me I didn’t know, they’ve installed my compressor after it went out, as a matter of fact They’ve responded even when I “ HAD AHS “. I had an unexpected AC breakdown and needed a quick repair. A friend recommended Air Force Solutions Air, specifically Jose, highlighting his extensive experience and expertise. Jose was able to come on short notice, quickly assessed the situation, and provided clear options. Given that my unit was over 15 years old, replacing it was the best choice. He returned the next day and installed the new AC unit efficiently. I also needed additional work done, and he came back to install insulation as well. His expertise was evident throughout the process, and his team worked quickly and professionally. This was my first time replacing an entire system, and Jose made the experience smooth with his excellent communication and professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of AC services. I have used Air Force Solutions on several occasions to fix my AC systems. They are always great!! They fix the problem and I feel very confident they aren’t trying to sell me repairs I don’t need!! Their prices are very reasonable and service is excellent!! They have fixed my two ac systems at my house on a couple of occasions, helping me keep an older system in tip top shape! I’ve been so impressed the times they have come out to do repairs, that I had them do a complete new ac system in a rental property I own that needed it!! They did a great job, at a great price!! First duct cleaning company price was in the $3.000 range; the second was in the $2,000 range; but Air Force Solutions promised the same services as the others, but asked only in the $1,000 range. And did all the others promisef. Then, with very professional attitude, Jose answered ALL my questions, assured me he would clean both of my air-conditioning systems, and did so while taking in stride some complications: recommended an inexpensive UV light product for better future air quality, and finished by diagnosing our blower fan failure, and even found a plumping leak I needed to know about. I called them Friday afternoon and needing a condenser cool replace. Jose understood that this is an emergency for us as it is 90 in June and our AC is not working. He picked up the'ew coil that Friday before supplier closed and came out Saturday morning replaced the condenser coil. The workmanship is excellent compared to my precious HVAC contractor. Value, responsive, excellent workmanship are what you will receive when you request service from Air force solution. Great local HVAC company right here in Bastrop. Jose is super responsive, him and his crew were able to get me scheduled right away, I was worried about the cost but they were super reasonable, and best of all they did a great job servicing my HVAC unit and taking care of a few issues found in a home inspection. Honest transparent company-removed mold from aircon plenum & coils-excellent HVAC services for homeowners with small jobs-competitive pricing. Educates homeowner "Use Merv 8 filter & service your aircon annually" & your ducts will stay clean. Dirty ducts are the result of not doing things in the right order. Message received! Air force solution came thru again. My rental house has AC was not working. Jose came and quickly diagnosed it and replaced the capacity on the outside unit. Within 5 minutes AC is cooling. I am impressed and still am of the quality and care the gentlemen of this company did bring forth in the installation of a new Air Handler at my home. No one wants a AC unit out with the temperature we presently have here in Texas. We were out and heat was on. I checked online for a technician that could come and even assess the situation and advise. The first said it would be four days before his company would stop by. Then Air Force Solution, busy but took the time out of a busy schedule to come by. Hosae was curious, polite and very mannered in his first appearance and went through checking to see what was wrong. Finding the problem he advised appropriately what the procedure would be going forward. Even suggesting I could check others if I felt for better price and diagnostic. Busy and committed to his duties in serving others he got onboard and found the parts, came with help and fixed the AC which was out for over five days. He and his partner endured the heat in the attic taking breaks and pulled through for us. They make us proud of them.
